ordered shoes in Aug. Nothing, no shipping update, no nothings. I've been scammed

I used my credit card to purchase last October 12. The amount was cheap, but no delivery made until now. Then recently, another, huge amount (CNY) this time, was charged to my card. I have a big feeling that it's also connected with this order since details were provided and it's only from them that I had this kind of transaction. It's a pain to see the amount charged.

This website is fraud talking money from the people and delivery nothing even contact to them always say the same thing is in pricesss I didn’t get my package from last three months they send my pakage and giving me fake tracking updates and few days later it showed delivered which never be delivered .i mail them they said it’s lost in warehouse how possible if status delivers .m telling u guys don’t trust them don’t waste ur money

Horrible, horrible scam. I watched my order through tracking say that it was "delivered" and it totally wasn't. I WAS HOME the day they said it delivered. Asking for a refund has been a nightmare. DON'T BUY!

They posed as qvc selling weekend getaway case. I should have check up address but never did. They took my money never sent the case and gave a false order number. I am reporting to all relevant parties. Disgusting. May they rot in hell

Ordered two 20oz Stanley flip straws from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Should have known the price was too good to be true! Said it was delivered, NOT! I sent email after email to no avail! Sent a report to have charges reversed! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Ordered twice from these jackasses. Shoes from Dicks Sporting Goods is what FB said. Same scenario, tracking they gave us shows delivered, nothing received.

Ordered cute baby stuff from old navy for cheap $28 received the confirmation and tracking but after 33 days they said delivered but I never received anything!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this shop. After placing my order, I never received my delivery, and all attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money!

I just ordered for 2 sneakers(£51.42) on sales,which was ordered from sport direct logo,after making payment and it was confirmed. My shock was why blooms-store showing up after payment. I sent a message to them and I haven't got a reply. If they are scams, why I'd sport direct allowing their logo to be used to scam people. Why haven't they being tracked and arrested? This is very bad, my hard earned money is gone. Im pained.

J ai cherché à annuler la commande de chaussures que j ai faite quand je me suis aperçue que le débit sur le compte bancaire ne venait pas de Zalando. Mais commande soit disant déjà expédiée fin juillet 2024 et soit disant arrivée début septembre 2024 sur ma commune. J ai fait une réclamation en demandant le remboursement car la commande n était pas livrée. Ils m'ont dit d'être patient, que j allais être livrée. Mais je n y crois pas, grosse arnaque, usurpation de l enseigne Zalando. Je ne comprends comment ils peuvent continuer à exister avec toutes les déclarations de fraude à leur encontre. A fuir!

I ordered a small engine to assemble but only got delivery notices and the major run-around as to where my package is. They say it was delivered. Was not. Information from cc company says “Superstore” got paid in GBR. Chinese people maybe working for the same people that scams us for groceries. Have been waiting since July 19.

How awful, this website is a scam. I paid $116.14 Never received the items I purchased early July, they responded to my emails with more lies about tracking number. The tracking number and seller not found! These people should pay the price for their action.

I ordered trainers from this company on 2nd June 2024, it is now 28th July still no trainers, I have sent various emails demanding they pay back my money. They said the parcel was sent,no proof, they had the cheek to ask me to start my own investigation with my local post office, I only used this company because it had the sports direct logo.Dont go near them with a barge pole, pure scammers.

Absolute SCAM and I hope they are eventually caught. Tracking said that the package was delivered and nothing showed up. They keep saying wait 3 - 5 business days to receive an email reply and do not respond until you message back. Dispute the payment with your cc company. They will try to stall until it is too late.

Good evening! I found the website on Facebook. I ordered the goods. The fact that the ad said that delivery was 7-10 business days, the "delivery" took 1.5 months. And now, when "delivery" says that the goods have been delivered, it's a lie. There is no product. I do not recommend this site shopping@blooms-body.com to anyone. Scammers.

I ordered through what seemed like footlocker, 5 sneakers for $60 for some really good deal ($14/each). When they emailed me the order detail link, the page came up invalid. Then today i got a message saying this order is being held because of incomplete delivery info (not true). When i go to change it it try’s charging me to update it ?? Then i look at footlockers real website and its completely different. I go to the email address and it’s some weird name shopping@blooms-body.com i tried contacting so far no response … This was defiantly a scam i’m at loss of what to do and more mad that they have my info. What can i do? Btw found the “deal” on Facebook.

I knew they were scammers when they tried to charge me for tracking. Then when I asked to speak to a representative they wanted to charge me for that. They should be arrested
